The modern bricklayer is assisted with Motorized wheelbarrows and mortar mixers, sophisticated scaffolding systems, and forklift trucks; automated prototypes which are used for masonry construction already exist. Technical change is to bring new changes into the construction sector, with a strong technological base, it is essential that firms positions themselves to adapt to competition in the construction sector. Construction firms must adapt new methods to improve productivity for the future. Therefore, strategic planning is needed to bring in revolutions to improve productivity. Strategic planning discovers opportunities and assesses the potentials of the application of new construction method which new goals may be sought on the basis of existing resources.
